I was back in high school. It's been almost five years since I graduated so this was strange to me. There was a lot in the beginning that I found meaningless and unimportant, but at some point a bunch of my classmates and some teachers were trying to move this bag boulder down the hall just enough to get around it because for some reason, the student parking lot was the only exit. Most of the kids in the school were hanging out in the cafeteria. No one really had a place to be. We moved the boulder far enough down the hall to take a smaller hallway around it that led to the doors. I walked outside and suddenly everyone was rushing. Instead of being in the parking lot though, I was in a parking garage. A very large one. It seemed completely normal to me still. My English teacher (Actually, looking back on it, it was my ex fiance's mother, but in my dream, she was my English teacher) hurried me to her car (even though I had my own) and she was trying to protect me. We drove with everyone else towards the exit toll booth in the parking garage and got out. We drove for a minute and I looked out my window. We were on a road that was very high up. Almost as if we were driving on the edge of a cliff, but it was unnatural. It was like something had destroyed the rest of the ground around us. I looked out into the distance to the right of us and saw an ocean. A tsunami of some sorts flooding the cities below us some miles away. The sky was stormy and dark and there were no other cars on the road with us. I wasn't sure where we were going but I trusted her. I had no idea what was going on, and I was not afraid. She was telling me something along the lines of "we gotta get out of here" and whatnot. I don't remember much else. Just that I was confused and.... numb when I woke up. If that makes sense. I've always had dreams that predicted future events since i was little. I can always tell when I wake up if it was or wasn't. This one was, and I felt the need to call my ex fiance and warn him of.... something. The weather, upcoming decisions, car rides, anything. He got into a horrible wreck the next day. SURPRISINGLY he was okay, and trust me, you'd be surprised too if you saw what happened in the car accident. I don't think my dream was only for that warning though. I believe it was my brain trying to tell me something else too. I usually decipher my dreams and my friends dreams for fun because I've done a lot of research on the subject. I can pick out minor things, but I'd like to hear what you guys think.
