Rejected by my Crush

Rejected by my Crush

All I can remember is that we were in the school library and I ask my crush out.

He didn’t hesitate to say “mmm pass. But we can still be friends?”

Heartbroken I nodded yes?? and moved on.

When I awoke I knew it was a dream but it felt so distraught and hurt. Later that day I saw the person and he said hi first and that made me happy again.

But still, what does this all mean? Is it because I’m insecure? Or scared he will say no? And yes I’m a girl asking a guy out. It’s perfectly normal no.

Thanks for sharing your dream, Abbie. If this were my dream, it may be reflecting my insecurities and fear of rejection. It could also be seen as a rehearsal dream, so I will be better prepared to deal with the situation IF it happens in waking life. (It could also be both.) I would ask myself, "What can I learn from my experience in this dream and put to use in waking life? What did I say and how did I see say it?"
