Alex

Alex

I was a little girl, I think about 6, but I didn't really look like myself. I was at a party that a friend of mine was throwing in her dark basement. There was a creepy little boy. He had very blue eyes, and a hood over his head that was white with a big black X over it, and the X intersected with the holes for his eyes. He was mad at me for being afraid of him, and was threatening me. He kept saying "My name is Alex." Only my friend could see him. I ran to my mom, she hugged me, but didn't believe me. Then he was about to jump out of a mirror towards me, when I jumped out of his view. Thankfully, that is when I woke up.

Hi again, ScrollingThrough. If this were my dream I would associate the little girl with a newly developing phase in my life or newly emerging aspect of myself. Alternately, I would think being a child may represent an aspect of myself that needs maturing or feels vulnerable; or it may symbolize a part of myself is desiring to feel nurtured, protected or accepted. I would consider "Alex" may symbolize a negative aspect of myself I may have rejected (X) and wish to avoid facing; or he may reflect my masculine side: aggressive, forceful and/or my ability to succeed in the outer world. I would ask myself, "How may accepting my masculine side bring balance to my perspective (X intersecting eye holes) on myself or some situation?"

Thanks Maria. That dream is more deep than I thought, and I definitely see what you said applying to me.

You're welcome! I would feel excited about the opportunity to accept a part of myself that I once rejected, as doing so often leads to healing and wholeness.
